Project cancellation
Either party may request cancellation in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date remains payable.
Advance payments
Advance payments cover work scheduled and resources reserved, and may be non-refundable once work has begun.
Work already completed
Fees for completed milestones or delivered work are not refundable.
Third-party charges
Costs paid to third parties (licences, hosting, domains, paid services) are non-refundable.
Milestone payments
For milestone-based projects, refunds apply only to future, unstarted milestones.
Refund eligibility
Eligibility is assessed against work delivered and expenses incurred at the time of the request.
